Which objects do you make?
Objects across six worlds: Carry, Drink, Power, Find, Work and Travel. Each one is designed to be used every day and kept for years. The full range is on the shop page.
Where can I find the specifications?
Each object page lists what we can confirm today. Where a detail is not yet published, it is marked as content required rather than guessed. If you need something specific, ask us.
Does each object come with packaging?
Yes. Every object ships in its own packaging. Custom packaging and gift notes are available for branded orders and are confirmed in your quotation.
How do I look after my object?
Most objects need only a soft, dry cloth. Drink objects are hand washed with the electronic parts kept dry. The product care page has guidance for each family.
Personalisation
Can every object carry our logo?
Most objects can be branded. The method and the print area depend on the object and its surface. We confirm what is possible for each object when you request a quotation.
Which branding methods do you offer?
Logo branding and engraving, with custom packaging and gift kits around them. The right method depends on the object. We recommend one when we see your artwork.
Do we approve the artwork before production?
Yes. You receive a proof for each branded object and production begins only once you approve it.
Can we mix objects in one kit?
Yes. The kit builder lets you choose objects across the range and pre-fills a quote request. We then confirm branding, packaging and delivery with you.
Ordering
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Request a sample and tell us which object you would like and how you plan to use it. Sample terms, including any cost, are confirmed when we reply.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the object and the branding method and are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I buy a single object?
There is no online checkout today. Send an enquiry for the object you want and we will come back to you with how to order it.
How do I get a quotation?
Use the request a quote form, or build a kit. Tell us the objects, quantities, branding and the date you need delivery. We reply with a written quotation.
