Product care
A little care keeps an object in use for years. Here is what each family needs.
Temperature Mug and UV Bottle
Hand wash the body with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse well and leave to dry with the lid off.
- Do not submerge the lid, cap or any part with electronics. Wipe these with a damp cloth and dry them straight away.
- Keep charging contacts clean and dry. Let the object dry fully before charging.
- Do not put any part in a dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
- Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners on the surface.
If a seal loosens or the object stops holding temperature as it should, stop using it and contact us.
5-in-1 Sleeve and Wallet
Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For marks, use a cloth that is barely damp and let the object air dry.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can change the colour of the surface over time.
- Keep the object away from moisture and do not leave it wet. Do not dry it with heat.
- Do not use solvents, polishes or cleaners not intended for the surface.
- Do not overfill. Pockets and closures last longer when they are not under constant strain.
Charging Stand
Use the supplied cable and a suitable power source. Keep vents and contact points clear of dust and covers.
- Do not use the object if the casing, cable or connector is damaged, or if it becomes unusually hot.
- Keep it dry and away from liquids. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth only.
- Do not leave it in a hot car, in direct sun or near a heat source.
- If storing for a long time, charge it partially first and check it now and then.
Find tag, Webcam Cover and Desktop Organizer
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or cleaners on the surface.
- Keep the Find tag away from water and check the battery guidance on the object page before replacing or charging.
- The Webcam Cover is designed to sit flat. Remove it gently if you need to, and do not force the slider.
- Keep the Desktop Organizer away from spills. Wipe it dry if anything reaches the surface.
Personalised objects
Branded and engraved objects are cared for in the same way as any other. Avoid rubbing the branded area hard and keep it away from solvents, which can affect the finish.
