Before you order

There is no online checkout today. Every order starts with a conversation, so you can ask anything before committing.

• Request a sample to see and hold an object before ordering.
• Request a quote for branded objects, kits or volume orders.
• Build a kit to choose objects across the range. It pre-fills a quote request for you.

Tell us the objects you are interested in, rough quantities, any branding and the date you need delivery. The more we know, the more precise the reply.

Questions about an existing order

If you have a question about an order in progress, include the following so we can find it quickly.

• Your order or quotation reference
• Your company or organisation name, if the order is for one
• The date you ordered and the delivery date agreed
• What you need from us

We reply to every message, by email or by phone.

Changing an order after approval

Once you approve a quotation and any artwork, production is planned around it. Some changes are still possible, and some are not.

Changes to quantities, delivery details or packing can often be made before production starts. Changes to branding or artwork after a proof has been approved may not be possible, or may affect cost and timing.

Contact us as soon as you know something needs to change. We will tell you what is possible and what it means for your order. The terms that apply are set out in our corporate order terms.

Invoices and documentation

Every order is invoiced by OMVATO LTD (TIN 156838056). Payment terms are set out on your quotation and invoice. Proforma invoices, delivery notes and other documents your procurement team needs can be requested when you order.

If you need a document for your records, ask us with your order reference and we will send it.
